What is included in the trailer rental?
Do you provide the alcohol?
Every rental includes our mobile tap trailer, all necessary CO2/ Nitrogen and tap equipment, setup and breakdown, and a basic decor package to match our rustic vibe.
No, California law requires clients to provide the alcohol. You purchase the kegs or drinks, and we provide the professional service and equipment to tap them perfectly. We are happy to provide a consult on how much to buy to ensure you have beverage coverage for the duration of your event.

Does the trailer come with staffing?
We currently serve Placer, El Dorado, and Sacramento Counties. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our immediate service area.
Yes! "The Full Tap" package includes professional, TIPS-certified tap attendants to ensure smooth service and a great experience for your guests. Our attendants do not accept tips.
How much time is needed for setup?

We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before your event start time to position the trailer, hook up the taps, and ensure everything is chilled and ready to pour.

What is your alcohol policy?
Something Simple Taps is a dry hire service. This means the client provides the alcohol, and we provide the professional taps, trailer, and service vibe.
What is included in the package?
All basic packages include trailer rental, all tap equipment, CO2/ Nitrogen, basic insurance, and local delivery within our primary service area.
How long does setup take?
We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before your event starts to ensure the trailer is perfectly positioned and all taps are pouring cold.
What kind of events can you rent the tap trailer for?
We have done weddings, birthday's, baby showers, fundraisers, farmers markets, and corporate events.Â
What kind of decor will you provide?
We have faux greenery, signage, balloon garlands, and are happy to coordinate with your florist! We will ask for a few inspo pics of what you would like the trailer to look like, confirm with you the look, and set it all up day of!
Where do you provide service?
We proudly serve Placer, El Dorado, and Sacramento Counties. For events outside this range, please reach out for a custom travel quote.

Yes, our "Full Tap" package includes professional tap attendants to manage the equipment and ensure a smooth flow for your guests.

Yes! We have collaborated with other vendors like local shops, local kombucha makers, caterers, etc. If this is you we would love to explore a partnership!
How does the Tap Trailer work?
The trailer has 4 taps, and comes with 4 Cornelius Kegs that you can fill with the beverage of your choice, or choose to hook up to a standard keg. We then hook up the Cornelius Kegs to our CO2 or Nitrogen tank, the beverage runs through 50 ft coils while it chills, and when the lever is pulled to pour the beverage is ice cold.
